Its beeing a long time Geetanjali has playes several roles in several TV Serials. She has established herself as a talented and wellknown TV actres. The TV Serials played by her are Maayke Se Bandhi Dor, Ranbir Rano, Jaaye Kahan, Sohni Mahiwal, Matti ki Banno, Jai Maa Vaishno Devi, Crime Patrol, Kabhi to Mil ke Sab Bolo etc and Geetanjali still want to play more TV serials rather than movies.

You can see her playing Maithili Jija in Rangrasiya on Colors. She is happy being known for Crime Patrol most. She says, "Though I have done shows like Mati ki banno, Pammi Pyarelal, Sangam, Mayke Se Bandhi Dor. Ranbir Rano, Savdhaan India and Phir Subah Hogi, people call me the Crime Patrol girl."

Geetanjali is one of the "HOT TRP" of Crime Patrol Dastak. All the lead roles played by her are milestones. Her most admires act is in Kolkata case in which she played role of Rita Gomez. Other than this she has played several roles in the series.
