Nisha Rajbhar delivers a baby girl in the hospital but just after two days, the baby is found dead in her cradle which is placed next to Nisha's bed. Postmortem report reveals that the baby died of suffocation. Incident is reported to the police and they arrest Nisha as the main suspect. She also admits that she killed the baby.

The case is now in the court for hearing where the judge arranges a lawyer to investigate the matter whether she really killed the baby or someone else is behind this unfortunate incident.

None of Nisha's parents and in-laws are in favor of here and her husband Basant is also not speaking before the police.

More investigation reveals that this baby was born just after 7 months of Nisha-Basant's marriage and even after this small span the baby was born normal with normal delivery. Now lawyer Satish is trying to find out whether Nisha was pregnant during her marriage!

मामला कोर्ट में जाता है और इसकी तफ़तीश के लिए एक स्पेशल वक़ील सतीश को बुलाया जाता है. जाँच में ये पता चलता है कि ये बच्चा निशा और बसंत की शादी के 7 महीने बाद पैदा हुआ था और पूरी तरह से नॉर्मल था जो कि शक करने वाली बात है जब की सातवें महीने में अगर बच्चा डिलिवर होता है तो वो इममच्योर होता है. अब ये पता लगाने की कोशिश की जा रही है की क्या शादी के समय निशा गर्भ से थी! और निशा की ससुराल का कोई भी व्यक्ति पलीस और वक़ील के साथ कोआपरेट क्यू नहीं कर रहा है.
