Sunil's father has a business of interior designing . His younger son supports him in his work. Sunil recently came back from Mumbai where he was learning acting. He wants to become a superstar and for this he wants some money. So he makes a plan to kidnap someone and get ransom on his behalf. He takes his friend Atul's help in this.

Near about two years he left Delhi and went to Mumbai where he learned Acting in an expensive institute. His father never wanted Sunil will go to Mumbai and he wanted him to learn his business like his younger brother. Somehow he allows Sunil to go to Mumbai. In Mumbai he joins a acting institute and meets Priya (played by Shriya Popat) who came from Indore to learn Acting. They come closer and start liking each other. After their acting course is completed, they are waiting for a breakthrough. Priya is getting small budget ads but Sunil is unable to get anything. Sunil has given a number of auditions and creates a new portfolio but does not get any opportunity. His father is still asking him to come to Delhi and take care of his business.

Now Sunil is no more asking for any economic help from his father but he wants money to restart his acting struggle. He plans to come to Delhi and join theaters. He convinces Priya also to come to Delhi.

They both come to Delhi and Sunil manages a flat for Priya with the help of a friend. Now Sunil plans to kidnap some kid for a big ransom. First, he plans to kidnap one of his relative's son but later he drops that idea and plans to kidnap one of Delhi's biggest and reputed Confectioner's 13-year-old kid.

सुनील के पिता का इंटीरियर डिजाइनिंग का बिज़नेस है। सुनील अपने दोस्त अतुल के साथ कम समय में काफी सारे पैसे कमाना चाहता है और इसके लिए वो एक किडनेपिंग का प्लान बनाता है। पहले तो वो अपने ही परिवार के एक बच्चे को अगवाह करने की सोचता है मगर बाद में किसी और को किडनैप करने का सोचता है।

दो साल पहले की बात है। सुनील के पिता का अच्छा और बड़ा बिज़नेस है और उसके पिता उसके छोटे बेटे को सब कारोबार सीखा रहे हैं। वो सुनील को भी बोल रहे हैं की वो भी घर का बिज़नेस संभाले मगर सुनील के ऊपर एक्टिंग का भूत सवार है। वो एक एक्टर बनना चाहता है और किसी तरह वो अपने पिता को राजी कर लेता है की उसे मुंबई जाकर एक्टिंग सीखनी है। सुनील मुंबई निकल जाता है और एक एक्टिंग इंस्टिट्यूट ज्वाइन करता है। वहां उसकी मुलाकात प्रिया से होती है जो की इंदौर से मुंबई एक्टिंग सीखने आई है। दोनों के बीच नज़दीकियां बढ़ती हैं और दोनों एक दुसरे को पसंद करने लगते हैं। एक्टिंग कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद दोनों को एक ब्रेकथ्रू का इंतज़ार है। प्रिया को छोटे मोटे एड मिल रहे हैं करने को मगर सुनील को कुछ नहीं मिल रहा। सुनील सैकड़ों ऑडिशन देता है और नया पोर्टफोलियो तैयार करता है मगर कुछ नहीं हो पता है। देखते-देखते दो साल बीत जाते हैं। दूसरी तरफ सुनील के पिता फ़्रस्ट्रेटेड हैं की वो दिल्ली आकर काम काज संभाले।

सुनील को अपना करियर फिर से बनाने के लिए बहुत से पैसों की ज़रुरत है और इसके लिए वो वापस दिल्ली आने का प्रोग्राम बनाता है। इसके लिए वो प्रिया को भी राज़ी कर लेता है की वो भी उसके साथ दिल्ली आकर थिएटर ज्वाइन करे। प्रिया अपने माता-पिता को बताती है की यो दिल्ली करियर फिर से स्टार्ट करेगी।

सुनील और प्रिया दोनों दिल्ली आ जाते हैं। सुनील उसको एक दोस्त की सहायता से एक फ्लैट दिला देता है। इसके बाद सुनील प्लान करता एक किडनेपिंग। पहले वो अपने ही एक रिश्तेदार के बेटे को किडनैप करने का प्लान बनाता है मगर बाद में एक करोड़पति हलवाई के बेटे को अतुल की मदद से किडनैप करता है।
